Moola Booster Blitz
By Michael Lundberg | November 4, 2007
I received an email yesterday (Saturday, November 3rd) informing me that Moola was running the first ever Invite Blitz. The contents of the email are posted below:
Dear mwlundberg,
This upcoming Tuesday November 6th, from 6:00 pm to midnight (EDT), Moola will be holding its much anticipated fifth official Booster Blitz and featuring the first ever Invite Blitz. Come to Moola during the Blitz to cash in on the following:
More Game Boosters! Just like our previous events, you will be eligible for hundreds of bonuses in amounts of $2, $5 and $9 randomly. All players are eligible to receive these Game Boosters just for playing during the Blitz, regardless of whether you are on your first starting penny or if you already have a significant account balance. The more games you play during the Blitz, the greater your chances of receiving one of these Boosters.
Plus: New Invite Boosters! For one night only during the hours of the Blitz, invite your friends to Moola and we will start them off at Level 6 AND give you a $0.32 bonus for EVERY friend who joins*. (You can still invite friends after the Blitz, but both you and your friend will NOT be eligible to receive this special Invite Booster.) Import all of your contacts directly from your Yahoo, Gmail and/or Hotmail accounts to maximize your Invite booster.
For more details, check out the Moola Forum and see all the Booster Blitz buzz!
Moola Support Team
Moola.com*$0.32 Invite Booster will be deposited into your account once your friend has successfully registered and verified their account. Your account must be upgraded at the time the Invite Booster is issued.
As the email notes, this is the first time that they’ve done this, so I’m not exactly sure how this will work. I hit the Moola.com blog (http://blog.moola.com), but there were no posts there.
Moola is an interesting concept. I’ve only played it once, and I found it interesting, but I ultimately lost my game and I didn’t want to deposit my own money into an account to keep playing. If I think about it, I’ll log in on Tuesday and try to send out a few more invites, during the invite blitz. From the above email, it appears that accounts established during the invite blitz will start off at a much higher level. Since I lost my first Moola match, which was on level one, I’m not sure if that starting on level 6 is a good or a bad thing. You be the judge of that.!
If you’re looking for more information about Moola check out the main site (http://www.moola.com), or Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moola_%28game%29), which has a surprising amount of information about the site and how it operates.
If you’re interested in getting an invite during the blitz, leave me a comment below and I’ll make sure to send one out at the appropriate time. Enjoy!

Not sure what you meant by: “I didn’t want to deposit my own money into an account to keep playing”. That would be impossible impossible anyway, since you’re not allowed to deposit your own money into Moola. You can only play with the advertisers’ money since Moola is free.

Hey,
Just wanted to inform you — you don’t have to deposit your own money into Moola. If you lose all your money, they will always give you a penny again. It’s pretty much all free money.

Here are some of those invites for those interested in what’s said above.
