Backgammon Masters Launches Live Customer Support
By Michael Lundberg | November 21, 2007
Do you play backgammon or blackjack online? In the past, I’ve always been hesitant to play games online, mainly due to the lack of real-time support from actual people. Backgammon Masters.com just announced the launch of a new Live Customer Support feature to their award winning game software. According to their press release, the live customer support is available for all four games offered by Backgammon Masters.com, including Poker, Perudo, Blackjack, and (of course), Backgammon. Tournament play is also covered. Live Support is currently only available in English, but since the Backgammon Masters software supports 12 different languages, you can bet that additional languages are sure to follow.
The Live Support feature is built-in to the Backgammon Masters software. Although the Backgammon Masters software (which is a free download) is incredibly easy to use, it’s always helpful to have additional live support available, anytime you need it. Backgammon Masters has always offered the ability to play with play money (i.e. “fake” money), so that you can acclimate yourself to the game mechanics and the software. When you’re playing with fake money it’s one thing, but when you’re playing with real money, if you’re anything like me, then you’ll want any question that you might have answered immediately! Now, with Live Support, you can have it at your fingertips.

I have always wanted to play but was always hesitant to the point of not trying. Now, when I do, I am able to ask someone what to do.
