Is Twitter Down?

I had no idea that Twitter was so popular. This site, “www.istwitterdown.com” apparently exists solely to check on Twitter and tell you if the service is up or down. A simple “yes” or “no” appears on the page. I like Twitter, but it’s amazing that its uptime is so important that someone took the time to create this site. Wow.
