Why are the fruits sick?

I’ve got 65 Pownce connections now(psst - connect to me!). I’m not even sure how I got that many except that I accept pretty much anyone who “friends” me, as long as your picture or profile doesn’t look too scary. I get all kinds of random Pownces from people and today, one of my Pownce connections sent out an open invitation to every to join “SickFruits.” His invitation was simple and came with absolutely no context, as you can see below:
Now I have no idea what is planned for this site, but since it’s another strange Web2.0 social networking thing, I thought I’d post about it here. Y’know, in case it becomes the next big thing (TM). If it does, you can tell people that you found it here. Besides, I’ve got a dozen or so web properties already, so what’s one more?

As a disclaimer, I don’t really know Miya except from Pownce and I’ve never had a direct exchange with him. My computer didn’t melt down after I signed up for SickFruits, but don’t blame me if yours does.

@ Miya - That is so totally you! I hope that you don’t mind me Mixxing and publishing your site! It’s proving to be interesting so far and I’m sure it will only get better as it continues to grow (or get more “sick” - however you want to look at it)!
