Just added TwitThis!

Announcing that michaellundberg.com now provides TwitThis support! I know, I know… this serves no real purpose except to demonstrate that sometimes I just add things to this site because I can.
I like to Twitter occasionally, and I happened to come across TwitThis, which is a cool little service/script that provides a quick and cool way to send a link to your Twitter readers. From the TwitThis website:
TwitThis is an easy way for people to send Twitter messages about your blog post or website. When visitors to your website click on the TwitThis button or link, it takes the URL of the webpage and creates a shorter URL using TinyURL. Then visitors can send this shortened URL and a description of the web page to all of their friends on Twitter.
In case you’re interested in the technical details, the installation was quick and easy. I tested the TwitThis Wordpress plugin, but opted for the script instead, so would have more control over formatting of the button.
So, give it a try - just punch the TwitThis button and see what happens! If you don’t have a Twitter account, just get one - they’re free, y’all! And don’t forget to add me!
