A Presentation: Turning Ideas into Reality
By Michael Lundberg | May 10, 2008
I happened to come across a link from a Twitter contact and friend I met through Startup Houston, Marc Nathan. Marc linked to an interesting presentation, “The Force Behind Star Wars: Turning Ideas into Reality,” that is a mashup of User Experience (UX) and Star Wars. The presentation uses George Lucas’ struggles to make Star Wars as a backdrop for presenting ideas on how to make your ideas a reality. The presentation is heavily slanted towards User Design applications, but it’s also applicable in other situations. At 154 slides, it’s a bit long, but you can click through it in a couple of minutes. I’ve embedded the presentation below:
The presentation was created by Stephen Anderson, a Dallas based user experience architect. You can find his site here.
