Two-Face in the The Dark Knight?

Any fan of Batman lore knows that Gotham City District Attorney Harvey Dent eventually becomes the villain, “Two-Face”, by way of a nasty chemical getting thrown into exactly half of his face, scaring part of it. If you suspected that Aaron Eckhart’s portrayal of Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight was a setup for a third sequel then you might be partially right, because from the looks of this preview clip, Two-Face makes some kind of appearance in this movie:
